The buying and transfer process is managed at the society office. There is an elaborate list of documents required listed on the society office, however, the following documents are a must:

  • CNIC of buyers and sellers and photographs
  • All payment receipts
  • Society charges paid receipts
  • Tax document and filer details
  • Sales agreement
