DHA Margalla Enclave Islamabad Ballot Results

The DHA Margalla Enclave has officially announced the computerized ballot date for all valid applications submitted for residential plots. With approximately 50,000 applications received by the deadline of February 14, 2025, and only 5,000 plots available, the probability of securing a plot is around 10%.

The ballot date for DHA Margalla Enclave Islamabad is set for Monday, February 24, 2025.

Following the announcement of the ballot results, successful applicants must pay a 15% down payment within 30 days to confirm their booking. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the allotment. Successful members may also choose to sell their allotment rights immediately after the results are declared, although transfers will require the down payment to be settled.
