DHA Margalla Enclave has finally announced the much-awaited computerized ballot date of all valid applications received against the booking of residential plots. Reportedly, nearly 50,000 applications were received till the deadline, i.e. 14th February, 2025, while the number of available plots is nearly 5000. Hence, the chance to come out successful in the ballot is not more than 10%.

The ballot date of DHA Margalla Enclave Islamabad is Monday, February 24, 2025.

After the announcement of ballot results, the successful members will need to pay 15% down payment within 30 days to confirm their booking, otherwise the allotment will be cancelled. Members may also be able to sell off their successful allotment right after the ballot results are announced. However, transfers may be subject to the payment of Down Payment.
