Tehsil Municipal Administration has issued planning permission to Nova City already, while NOCs from Civil Aviation, WASA, IESCO and SNGPL have also been obtained.

Nova City Islamabad Location

Nova City Islamabad is conveniently sprawled along the M-14 CPEC western route which connects D.I. Khan to Hakla Interchange at Motorway M-1. The society also lies close to the upcoming Rawalpindi Ring Road at Motorway M-2, that will provide easy access to Nova City from Rawalpindi.

As you can see on the map above, Nova City lies right at the intersection of M-14 CPEC Route and Rawalpindi Ring Road, hence the society enjoys the most convenient access from neighboring areas.

Current access of the society is through Bango Road, however a dedicated interchange on M-14 CPEC motorway is already approved for Nova City that will provide seamless access to the society in future.

Important Update: After change in Rawalpindi Ring Road Design, the Attock loop no longer exists in the plan. As per new plan, Rawalpindi Ring Road will be built up to Thalian Interchange on M-2 Motorway.

Nova City Islamabad is planned to have 2 main entrance points, i.e. first one from M-14 CPEC Interchange, and the other one from Airport Road that will connect this area to Motorway M-2 Islamabad.

NOVA City Development Status

Nova City Islamabad has initiated full scale development works at the project site as Maaksons (the developer) have moved its fleet of machinery and labor to the project site. First block to develop is the Esportes block where groundbreaking of the project took place a few months back.

• In case of booking with 10% amount, confirmation charges need to be paid within 45 days of booking. Elsewise, ownership can be canceled, and 75% amount will be refunded in 6 months
