Good News: Bahria Town Rawalpindi Allows Registry of Plots and Houses

Bahria Town Rawalpindi is pleased to announce that it has begun the process of property registry (intiqal) for all plots and houses located within its housing schemes in Rawalpindi, initially starting from Bahria Town Phase 1 to 6 and Safari Valley. This initiative, in response to persistent demand from residents and plot owners, will provide enhanced property rights and legal assurances.

The property registry process will begin in February 2025. All existing properties, including plots and houses, will be officially registered at the registrar office under the names of their current owners. This registry process will not only solidify the ownership status but also make it easier for property owners to access financial services. It is expected that banks and financial institutions will be more inclined to offer mortgage loans for properties in Bahria Town Rawalpindi.

Key Details:

  • Start Date: February 2025
  • Included Areas: Bahria Town Phase 1 to 6, Safari Valley
  • Collaboration: The registration process will be conducted in partnership with the relevant government departments.
