Bahria Town Rawalpindi is pleased to announce that it has begun the process of property registry (intiqal) for all plots and houses located within its housing schemes in Rawalpindi, initially starting from Bahria Town Phase 1 to 6 and Safari Valley. This initiative, in response to persistent demand from residents and plot owners, will provide enhanced property rights and legal assurances.
The property registry process will begin in February 2025. All existing properties, including plots and houses, will be officially registered at the registrar office under the names of their current owners. This registry process will not only solidify the ownership status but also make it easier for property owners to access financial services. It is expected that banks and financial institutions will be more inclined to offer mortgage loans for properties in Bahria Town Rawalpindi.
Residents and property owners are encouraged to complete all necessary documentation promptly to avoid delays. Bahria Town management assures full cooperation to make the process seamless and efficient.
