Global architecture giant set to enter Islamabad`s

A groundbreaking development is set to redefine Islamabad’s skyline, as Faisal Town collaborates with globally acclaimed architectural firm Aedas to design and build the tallest tower in the region.

Pakistan’s tallest building serves as a significant milestone in the revival of the real estate sector, with Faisal Town playing an essential role in driving this transformation.

Located in the heart of Islamabad’s New Blue Area, this iconic skyscraper will not only become a symbol of vertical advancement in Pakistan but also mark Aedas’ first-ever project in the country, ushering in a new era for urban architecture.

A major milestone in Pakistan’s real estate sector’s revival has been marked by the launch of Pakistan’s tallest building, with Faisal Town playing a pivotal role.

The partnership was formalised during a contract signing ceremony at Aedas’ Singapore headquarters, where both parties outlined a shared vision for transforming Pakistan’s real estate landscape through innovation, sustainability, and world-class design.

Following the agreement, a delegation from Aedas visited Pakistan to initiate the groundwork and begin the preliminary steps toward execution. This landmark project is poised to become a defining icon for Pakistan—a bold move by Faisal Town as it enters the world of vertical development with the nation’s tallest building.

Known for its record-time construction and on-time delivery, Faisal Town is once again set to raise the bar. This tower is expected to make a massive impact—not only on Islamabad’s skyline but also across the real estate community and broader property market.

The project presents a tremendous opportunity for both local and international investors seeking high-potential ventures in the heart of Islamabad. Its prime location, world-class design, and modern infrastructure make it an ideal destination for future-focused investment.

While the tower’s record-breaking height will capture attention, its significance extends far beyond scale. Aedas is known for creating architecture that harmonises with its environment, and this building will reflect Islamabad’s natural and cultural identity—drawing inspiration from the nearby Margalla Hills and the city’s master-planned layout.

Faisal Town, one of Pakistan’s most trusted real estate developers, has already delivered eight major horizontal projects in the Islamabad-Rawalpindi region, including Faisal Hills and Faisal Margalla City.

With more than 130,000 residential and 60,000 commercial units completed, serving over 1.5 million people, the developer is now taking a bold step into vertical development—symbolising its long-term commitment to shaping Pakistan’s future cities.

Aedas brings to this collaboration its unmatched global expertise and design innovation, having delivered renowned projects such as “Vattanac Capital in Phnom Penh and Le Architecture in Taipei”. With over “1,000” architects and designers across the world, Aedas specialises in blending local insights with international standards to create landmark.
