H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group, shared his vision for this growth. He emphasized that their people strategy aligns with Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33 and reflects their ambitious goals. To facilitate this talent hunt, the Emirates Group plans to host over 2,100 open days and recruitment events in 150 cities around the world. This includes specialized engagement in Dubai, targeting local national students and fresh graduates to inspire the next generation of aviation experts.
Since last year alone, they’ve welcomed more than 41,000 new hires, growing their workforce to an impressive 121,000 people. Their appeal as an employer is clear—they received a whopping 3.7 million applications in the last financial year!
