Defence Housing Authority (DHA) in Bahawalpur and three renowned business groups inked MoUs on Thursday at food park area for affordable housing, theme park and villas and provision of green energy solutions.
The agreement was signed with Delta Centauri Real Estate Development, which is part of TAS International Group, SOLIS Energy Solutions and PACE Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. General Officer Muhammad Ejaz Mirza, during his address, said that these MoUs will add customer confidence and will add a variety of amenities to the canvas of DHA Bahawalpur.
DHA Project Director Muhammad Usman said, “The 21st century presents eccentric challenges and opportunities. No single organisation, no matter how large or well-endowed, can address future challenges by itself.”
The signing of these MoUs today symbolise a partnership which we believe will lead to many new joint initiatives that produce new synergies and add corporate value to the project, he added.
TAS Group CEO Tariq Sadaat informed the audience that TAS Group, having offices in eight different countries, is planning to establish Pakistan’s first world-class entertainment complex.
