Certified Collectibles Group Launches New Office in Dubai – Dubai Blog

Great news for collectors in the Middle East! The Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) has just opened a new office in Dubai. This exciting development makes it so much easier for enthusiasts and dealers alike to submit their treasured coins, paper money, comic books, trading cards, and more for authentic grading and encapsulation. Even autographed comics and memorabilia will soon be part of their offerings!

CCG is well-known for its prestigious brands, including the Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC) and Certified Guaranty Company (CGC). Since its inception in 1987, CCG has certified over 100 million collectibles, showcasing its expertise and reliability in the industry.

Located in the bustling Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), this new office is perfectly positioned for collectors across Dubai and the wider region. CCG is the first global third-party grading service to establish a presence in the Middle East, joining existing locations in the U.S., U.K., Germany, and China. The Dubai office operates through an affiliate known as Certified Collectibles Group Authentication Services (Middle East) Ltd.

In preparation for the official launch, CCG representatives recently participated in events like the Middle East Film & Comic Con and The Currency Fair in Dubai. These occasions allowed collectors to get firsthand experience of CCG’s grading services, and the overwhelming response highlighted the vibrant collecting community in the region.

Arafaat Ali Khan, Managing Director of CCG Middle East, expressed excitement about the market’s potential. He noted that the level of interest shown at recent events indicates a growing need for quality authentication services. “We look forward to making CCG’s services even more accessible to everyone,” he said.

Collectors eager to use CCG’s services can visit their new UAE websites to understand the authentication process better, check out service options, and find out about fees. Those looking to submit their collectibles can make an appointment by calling +971 800 0321348 or sending an email to Service@CollectiblesGroup.ae. Here are the links for easy access:

For autograph collectors, CGC’s Signature Series and JSA Authentic Autograph certification will also be available at the UAE office, particularly for comics and cards. More details can be found at CGCcomics.ae/grading/services/autograph-collectors.

All collectibles submitted will be fully insured during their journey to CCG’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for grading and encapsulation. Once completed, they’ll be shipped back to Dubai with insurance coverage, ensuring peace of mind for collectors. CCG’s fees encompass all costs, including shipping and customs clearance, so there are no hidden surprises.

“We are thrilled to be the first major third-party grading service with a full-time presence in the Middle East,” said Steven R. Eichenbaum, CEO of CCG. “This expansion reflects our commitment to bringing trust and transparency to the collectibles market, allowing enthusiasts everywhere to benefit from expert certification services.”
